Currently you are able to view detailed billing statistics per VM, but when viewing a user's profile it is difficult to identify the billing details for the user.

The /users/$ID/user_statistics page shows some good information on billing for backups, templates, etc. but does not provide any details on free amount for virtual server resources.

In particular, it would be useful if the "Discount due to free" total was able to show what particular resources contributed to this free amount and how the number is calculated.

Depending on how the bucket is configured this free amount could be a collection of resources (CPU, RAM, IP, Bandwidth) but a customer can not see the breakdown of how this number is generated.

Please provide a screen and/or output to a csv where a user can see their discounted resources to ensure they are accurate.
