Windows License Per Core Usage - Software License Reporting
Since SPLA has changed to cost per core vs cost per CPU, it is necessary to display core count vs virtual machine count under Software Licenses.
If a Windows VM is running on a single core of a hypervisor under SPLA you have to report all of the physical cores in that hypervisor. i.e. if you have a server with 32 cores and one windows VM is running on 1 core you have to report 32 cores (16 2 core packs).

It should be possible to set a one-off fee for service add-ons.
