It should be possible to define a resource pool and/or folder when adding a vCenter Compute Resource to a bucket.
This enables customer VMs to be automatically placed into a specific resource pool/folder.
Currently you can only define the Datacenter and Cluster during the VS Wizard or Instance Packages.2 votes
Add ability to define where OVAs are uploaded when deploying new VMs to a vCenter compute resource.
When an OVA is deployed to a vCenter, the OVA is first uploaded to vCenter and placed in the default resource pool with a unique identifier.
This should be configurable on each vCenter Compute Resource, to allow you to define a resource pool and/or folder to store OnApp OVAs that are used for VM deployment.1 vote
